We are thrilled to share our latest project - a complete remodel of a magnificent estate in Holmby Hills. Originally developed in 1990 by one of the founders of Architectural Digest, this rare gem was inspired by Le Petit Trianon, Marie Antoinette's summer palace at Versailles, France. Situated on an acre of lush, matured landscape on Holmby Hills' most prestigious street, this property captures the very essence of an 18th-century French chateau. Our team is working diligently to modernize this estate while still maintaining its timeless beauty and elegance. In addition to the remodel, we are also building a 3,000 square foot ADU in the back of the property. We are excited to bring new life to this historic estate and can't wait to showcase the finished product.
